When you create an account or use AgentCEO, we may collect the following personal information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name and business information
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the AgentCEO platform, including:
- Providing access to the AgentCEO partner dashboard
- Sending SMS outreach messages on behalf of partners to local businesses as part of the AgentCEO prospecting workflow
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions
- Communicating with you about your account and our services
3. SMS Messaging
AgentCEO uses Telnyx for SMS delivery. SMS messages are sent to local business contacts on behalf of AgentCEO partners as part of the platform's outreach features.
Recipients of SMS messages may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Once an opt-out is received, no further messages will be sent to that number.
4. Authentication
Account authentication is handled by Clerk. Clerk manages sign-in, sign-up, and session security. Please refer to Clerk's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your credentials.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. AgentCEO does not store your payment card details. All billing data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Data Storage
Application data — including account profiles, prospect records, and message history — is stored securely in Supabase, a managed Postgres database platform.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share information with service providers (Telnyx, Clerk, Stripe, Supabase) as necessary to operate the platform.
